Program Educational Objectives (PEO)

The Department of Bio Technology has following specific PEOs -

  • To develop qualities within the young graduates which make them successful professionals in industry, research and academics.
  • Leadership qualities to advance in professional world with ethical behaviour.
  • Laboratory training simultaneous with studies make them expert to pursue their careers in the industries.
  • Provide them a research oriented atmosphere to motivate them for research to find out the solutions for the biological mysteries and publish their findings to get the acknowledgment by the scientific societies.

Program Specific Outcomes (PSO)

  • This programme will assist the students with a solid foundation in the field of Biotechnology and empower them to work on Engineering platforms and applications as per the requirement of Industries.
  • Create an inclusive environment in which theories of fundamental and applied courses in Biotechnology are analyzed to learn along with integration of knowledge towards a better tomorrow.
  • This Program will help students to apply their concepts to analyse scientific problems and solve them by applying disciplinary and interdisciplinary skills.
  • Able to formulate and execute qualitative and design- oriented problems of biological systems with modern tools and techniques.
